I agree that NeuralSpeaker may record my voice and convert it to text so I can communicate using the app.

I agree that NeuralSpeaker may (1) use my voice recordings to train a personalized speech recognition (ASR) model tuned to my speech patterns, and (2) store a voice reference sample to generate speech in my voice style using zero-shot synthesis — no text-to-speech voice model is created or retained. Both uses constitute a biometric identifier under BIPA, CUBI, and MHMDA. Voice data is retained for the duration of my account and destroyed within 7 days of account closure, consent withdrawal, or 3 years from last use (whichever is earliest). I agree that NeuralSpeaker may use anonymized data from my recordings to improve the platform for all users.
